The Early Childhood Centre focuses on looking after children aged 0 to 6 years and on accompanying them and their families in the educational path, enabling them to build a familiarity with this environment and to establish a strong connection with the community.
The Early Childhood Centre seeks to share and promote, year after year, this very important educational and organizational project even with other educational facilities.

 

In order to pursue and deepen the common values guiding our education, our Early Childhood Centre organizes various training activities, including specific study groups and workshops for teachers, educators, atelieristi, cooks and students.
These precious moments of exchange, occurring also in small groups, offer the opportunity to deepen concepts, contents and the reference values of the Early Childhood Centre.

Pedagogical consulting

The main feature of the Early Childhood Centre is its child-centred approach, together with its quest for opportunities and developmental material: these are constant focuses at the centre of a system of positive interactions and of personal and educational development opportunities. A teaching concept that is not to be confined within the school, but that intends to spread elsewhere, creating a strong connection between the world of children and that of adults.

 

Given the experience that Ponzano Children, developed in the field of education, the Centre seeks to share its founding principles and values, as well as create an open and fruitful dialogue with other educational facilities.

 

A connection that is also expressed through the pedagogical consulting our Centre provides to other children’s facilities, with the aim of deepening and sharing points of view and new educational activities. The many pedagogical consulting events, focussing on the specific requests and needs of the facilities, include also training internships for the personnel of both new and current facilities.
